At Rita’s Copper, every order is handled with care and attention. As an independent Irish artisan, I personally manage my jewellery business, from preparing orders to ensuring each piece is ready for its new home.

Because I run this small business on my own, processing and shipping orders can take a little longer than at larger retailers. To thank you for your patience and understanding, shipping is completely free on all orders.

1. Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 7–14 days for your order to arrive. As I personally take care of the day-to-day running of Rita’s Copper, additional time may occasionally be needed to prepare and dispatch your order.

I appreciate your patience while I make sure everything is handled with care.

2. Free Shipping on All Orders

All orders from Rita’s Copper qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy handcrafted copper jewellery without worrying about additional shipping costs.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. As I manage the business independently, processing times may vary depending on the number of orders received.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the postal service.

4. Delivery Delays

Although I aim to deliver every order within the estimated 7–14 day timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to postal services, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond my control.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact me at help.ritascopper@gmail.com, including your order number, and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
